Policy for processing personal data

With this document, we provide you with information about your rights related to the processing of your personal data and their protection. This document will be updated regularly.

We process your personal data that you provide us transparently, correctly and in compliance with legal regulations, in particular the GDPR and the Personal Data Processing Act.

We process children's personal data only if the child could act independently or if the child's parent or other representative acted first. As a parent or other representative acting on behalf of a child, you are responsible for ensuring that the provision of data about the child is not in conflict with the child's interests and that you clearly inform the child about the processing of personal data by us and about his rights.

We guarantee that we ensure the processing of personal data using standard procedures and technologies. In connection with the processing of personal data, we regularly check possible weak points, and at the same time we evaluate incidents and the use of such security measures as may reasonably be required to prevent unauthorized access, alteration or deletion of the processed data. We regularly update the security measures taken.

Data Recipients

We have strict rules in place stipulating which employee or department can have access to your personal data and which personal data they can process. As a matter of principle, we do not transfer your personal data to 3rd parties, except in cases where we have your consent, it is necessary for the provision of services (domain registration, certificate registration, etc.), we are required to do so or we are authorized to do so by a legal regulation or our authorized interest (for example, in the case of suppliers or in the case of requests from law enforcement authorities, processing and evaluation of traffic, etc.).

As part of processing data on website traffic and evaluating our business activity, we use so-called cookie files and systems of the following 3rd parties to process the collected data. At the same time, your data is anonymous and the transmission only concerns data detected by the measurement codes of the systems in question. At the same time, some providers may be established in 3. countries.

  • Statistical and analytical systems (Google Analytics)
  • Advertising systems (Google Adwords, Sklik, Facebook)

Processing time

According to the applicable legislation (e.g. Act 499/2004 Coll., Act on Archiving and File Service, Act No. 235/2004 Coll. on VAT, Act No. 563/1991 Coll., on Accounting and others) we are obliged keep documents within the specified time limits and according to the principles of data retention. After the expiration of the specified periods, your personal data will be irretrievably deleted and disposed of.

If the retention period is not stipulated by law, but the data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling a contract or our legitimate interest, the retention period will correspond to the duration of the contract extended by an adequate period for the exercise of any claims from it, or the retention period will last for the duration of our legitimate of interest, taking into account industry standards.

Any personal data that we process exclusively on the basis of your consent, we will process only until the moment of delivery of a written revocation of your consent, or use of any automated tool on our website (e.g. opting out of news).

Don't want or can't provide us with your data?

You can refuse to provide us with the personal data we request from you. However, in the case of such data, the provision of which is necessary on your part for the provision of our services, we cannot provide you with the related service.

Operational logs

If you visit our website, our servers (like most websites) automatically record requests to our website. These server logs typically contain information about your web request, IP address, browser data, browser language, and the date and time of the request. They may also contain one or more cookies that uniquely identify your browser. Only administrators have access to this information and this data will never be used for direct identification (it is used to detect technical problems).


Your rights

The right to access the data we process about you

You have the right to access the data and other related information about its processing. However, the rights of third parties may not be affected by this. In principle, we will transfer your data to you in the form of electronic statements after verifiable verification of your identity in order to preserve the protection of other data subjects.

Right to rectification

If your data is incorrect or inaccurate, you have the right to request their correction. With taking into account the purposes for which the data is processed, you have the right for us to complete incomplete data as well.

Right to erasure (to be forgotten)

You have the right to delete personal data if they are not necessary, you have withdrawn your consent, you have raised a reasonable objection to marketing, our processing is unauthorized or we are required to delete it by law, unless there are other reasons for further storage.

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your data if any of the reasons listed in Article 18 of the GDPR occur. If you reach a processing restriction, we will continue to store your data, but we will not do anything else with it without your consent or a good reason.

Right to data portability (only for automated processing)

You have the right to receive your personal data, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to transfer this data to another administrator, if the processing is carried out based on your consent or for the purpose of fulfilling a contract and at the same time automated.

Right to withdraw consent

In cases where we require your consent to process your data, you are entitled to withdraw this consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of your data for as long as this consent was validly granted by you, nor the processing of your data for other legal reasons, if applicable (e.g. compliance with legal obligations or for the purposes of our legitimate interests).

Want to limit marketing?

If you have given us consent for marketing or you receive commercial offers from us in another legitimate capacity, you can withdraw your consent at any time or opt out of receiving offers in the following ways:

  • the option to stop sending them is included directly in our commercial communications;
  • you can write to us that you revoke your consent.

We would like to point out that if you limit marketing, we may still contact you to fulfill orders, i.e. we may still use your contact to send information related to placed orders and for purposes other than marketing.

Visitors of our website can withdraw their consent to the processing of cookies by following the procedure indicated on the website.

  • First and third party advertising. They are used for behavioral interest-based advertising targeting. If advertising has to be displayed (as the main income for the website and the creation of its content), then let users / readers be shown offers that may really interest them.

How do you consent to cookies

In order to be able to use statistical and diagnostic cookies, we need your consent. Also, the use of advertising cookies and third-party cookies is only possible after you agree to their use. You grant consent using the cookies bar at the bottom of the browser or by setting your browser. Technical cookies do not require your consent, but they can be disabled using your browser settings, but the website will not work properly without technical cookies.

We use Google Analytics

This page uses the Google Analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies. Information about the use of the site together with the content of the cookie will be transferred by Google to and stored on servers in the USA.
